The challenge in this new-build residential project was to develop a concept and style for the interior even before the house was built. The trust of the clients and the cooperation with the architects, craftsmen and other companies allowed Marian Lladó to realise her concept of the interior design.
The entire ground floor is designed with patio doors. This means that all rooms have a view and direct access to the garden. The effect of generosity can be felt through the connection between inside and outside.
The majority of the building elements were custom-made with a focus on high quality, design and functionality.

Solid metal elements were used to contrast with the wood and stone.
The fireplace made of solid natural stone and burnished metal with its size and the chosen colour tones is an important building element of the interior design.
The clients wanted a simple, minimalist but warm interior in a modern style. Natural materials were chosen, such as natural stone, wood, metal and high-quality fabric. Wood and earth tones, style and design dominate the furnishings and permeate the entire flat. They give a radiating cosiness and lightness at the same time.
In Marian Lladó’s interior concept, it was necessary to create a special design for several elements.
Great attention to detail and high-quality built-in elements played a decisive role in the design of this property.
